How many hours do I need for my house to be clean?

It really is hard to say and this varies on the size of your house and the duties you wish for us to undertake. Ironing and laundry are time extensive chores (which is why you are probably here) whereas a quick vacuum of your bedroom floor  takes much less time. Our advice is simple, book the minimum numbers of hours you require and we will look to increase your hours if you decide you need more.

 

Is there a minimum number of hours I need to book?

 

Our minimum booking time is 2 hours per visit.

What are your working hours?

As a general rule of thumb our services run from 7am-10pm but with advanced notice we can work outside these hours 7 days a week.

Who provides the cleaning equipment?

 You do, as most clients are very specific over the products they want used in their home or workplace particularly if they have allergens or pets. 

 

Is there a late cancellation charge?

 

24 hours prior notice- no charge.

Cancellation on the day- 75% charge.

 

Are the cleaners fully insured?

 

Yes.

 

Can I give my cleaner a key?

Yes, entrusting your key to a cleaner provides convenient access for scheduled cleaning services. This arrangement allows the cleaner to efficiently perform tasks in your absence. Clear communication and trust are vital to ensure a smooth process, providing you the freedom to go about your day while maintaining a clean environment.

What happens if I go on holiday?

100% yes. Complete you ‘Maid for the Job’ Wishlist before our visit and we will ensure we do what you want and in the order you want it doing.

 

Do you operate all year round?

Yes, 52 weeks of the year, within reason 😉

 

Will my household clean include cleaning the ovens and carpets?

 

We provide thorough carpet and oven cleaning using household products for general needs. However, for specialised services requiring advanced techniques or equipment, we recommend seeking a specialist through our ‘Skilled MAID’ page.
